SHIPPING POLICE
All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We offer $20000 COP flat rate shipping to Colombia.
Local Delivery
Free local delivery is available for orders over $500,000 COP within Bogotá, For orders under $500,000 COP, we charge $20,000 for local delivery.
Deliveries are made from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Monday to Friday. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival
In-store pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our head quarters located at calle 98 #21-36 office 205 Bogotá- Colombia. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 3 to 4 business days, unless it is a pre-order product (10-15 working days). We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are 8 AM to 6PM on Monday to Friday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
Made on Demand / Pre-order
All Pre-order or Made on demand pieces are delivered 10-15 workable days after the order is placed
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to all countries with some exceptions. At this time, we do not ship to North Korea.
We offer express DHL shipping to most international locations for a flat rate and complimentary DHL express shipping on orders over certain values which vary by country. To see flat rate and complimentary rates for express DHL shipping to our country, please visit our website and select your country.
Please note, in order to avoid local customs delays we cannot accept orders to Mexico over $1000USD or orders to China over $775USD
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. LEDIEL is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
RETURN POLICE IN COLOMBIA
Full priced merchandise may be returned for Lediel credit or exchange when a return is submitted online within 20 days of your order shipping.
To be eligible for return, exchange or store credit, merchandise must show no signs of wear and must be accompanied with all original tags.
Items marked FINAL SALE are final sale and are not returnable. Marked Down Sale items are returnable for store credit or exchange only.
*Please note: bodysuits and swimsuits that have been tried on in direct skin contact or which show any signs of wear will not be accepted.
RETURN POLICE FOR THE REST OF THE WORLD
At this time, we do not accept returns on international orders. however all international returns are fully refundable for Lediel credit. If you would like to exchange your item, please return it free of charge and purchase the new items you would like to exchange it for.
